Collaborations

We determine structures and mechanisms of protein complexes involved in vesicle trafficking pathways. We have determined structures of COPII and clathrin coats as well as other membrane remodeling complexes.

We develop experimental and computational methods to improve structure determination by cryo-EM

We have multiple collaborations with investigators from across the country to determine the structures of biological molecules from adeno-associated virus particles to ribosomes.
